We have several young children learning to read in our house. We look for books that are manageable in length and word choice but also meaningful and engaging in their message. “In My Dad’s Workshop” has been a highly valued addition to our library. We love the simple rhythm of the words and the warmth of the story.

Well written, fun and thoughtful- loved the perspective of the child - including the pictures - felt like they were enthusiastically sharing their experience in word and drawing! Also enjoyed the choice of words to describe all the sounds!
